This Privacy Policy describes how Infinite Training Systems ("ITS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ITS Parking service (the "Service") at our facility, including via the web app and SMS text messages.

Information We Collect

  • Mobile phone number — used to verify your identity, send a one-time login code, and deliver your parking receipt.
  • Vehicle information — license plate, state, and optional vehicle description for parking verification.
  • Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, IP address, device/browser) for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use Information

  • To authenticate you and authorize a parking session.
  • To send transactional SMS messages (login codes and receipts).
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a parking request, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ITS Parking related to your parking session, including a one-time verification code and a payment receipt.

  • Message frequency: Messages are sent on a per-transaction basis (typically 1–2 messages per parking session).
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further SMS. After opting out, you will no longer be able to receive verification codes or receipts via SMS and may not be able to use the Service.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent information are used solely to deliver the Service.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service, including our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and payment processor. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ITS, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain parking session and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
